Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of TG11 Accounts at accounts.tg11.org, the sign-in service for TG11 and VulpFin apps. It is run by TG11 LLC ("TG11", "we", "us"). By creating an account or signing in, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Account Guidelines.

1. What TG11 Accounts is

TG11 Accounts gives you one identity that can sign you in to connected apps, such as Flowboard and other TG11 and VulpFin services. It also lets you manage your profile, two-step verification, connected apps and sessions. Some optional features, such as the AI key vault, the wallet, and supporter benefits, may be added, changed or unavailable from time to time. Each connected app has its own terms and privacy policy, and those apply to what you do in that app.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old, or older if your country requires a higher minimum age to use an online service on your own (in parts of the EU this can be up to 16). You must be able to form a binding agreement where you live. A connected app may set a higher age limit, and you must follow it.

3. Your account

• Give a real email address that you can read. We use it for sign-in, security notices and password resets.
• Keep your password, authenticator app and recovery codes safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you think someone else has access to your account.
• Do not share your account, and do not create accounts to get around a suspension or limit.

4. Connected apps and your information

When an app asks to sign you in, it receives only the information it is set up to request, such as your account ID, username, email or profile details. Apps that are not run by TG11 show you a consent screen first. You can review and revoke any app's access on your connections page at any time. Apps run by TG11 may sign you in without a separate consent screen, but they are still limited to what they are set up to request.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you add to your profile, such as your bio, website, avatar and header image. You give us a limited permission to store, process and display it as needed to run your account and to show it to the apps you sign in to. This permission ends when you remove the content or delete your account, subject to the retention rules in the Privacy Policy.

6. AI keys, payments and benefits

• AI key vault. You can store API keys from AI providers so that apps you authorize can use them on your behalf. The keys are yours, and you are responsible for any charges your AI provider makes when they are used. Apps you authorize can use your keys, so only authorize apps you trust.
• Payments. Where payment features are available, payments are handled by payment providers under their own terms. TG11 Accounts stores references to your payment methods, not full card numbers.
• Benefits, allowances and credits. Supporter benefits, usage allowances and credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, unless a page says otherwise. We may change or end them, and we will try to give notice when we do.

7. Acceptable use

Use TG11 Accounts lawfully and follow the Account Guidelines. In particular, do not attack, probe or overload the service, do not impersonate other people, and do not use it to harm others.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". It may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or problems outside our control. We may change or remove features. We may update these terms, and the date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the updated terms.

9. Suspension and ending your account

You can stop using TG11 Accounts at any time and can ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may limit, suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the guidelines, that puts others or the service at risk, or where we are required to by law. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, TG11 LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of TG11 Accounts. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TG11 LLC is based, unless your local consumer law requires otherwise.
