Use Forgot password and we will email you a link to set a new one. If you no longer have access to that email address, contact [email protected].

Sign in, then open Security. Add an authenticator app by scanning the code, enter the six-digit code to confirm, and save your recovery codes somewhere safe.

On the second step of sign-in, use one of your saved recovery codes. Each one works once. If you have no recovery codes left, email [email protected] from your account email address and we will help you verify it is you.

Apps that are not run by TG11 must ask before they can see your information. The screen lists what they want, such as your email or profile. You can say no, and you can remove their access later on your connections page.

Open connections to revoke an app. Open your account page to end any signed-in session.

Keys are encrypted when stored, and they are never shown back to you in full. Apps can use your keys only if you authorize them, so approve apps carefully. You can remove a key from the vault at any time.

Email [email protected] from your account's email address and ask us to delete it. We process requests within 30 days. Each connected app keeps its own data, so ask that app's support about anything it holds. See the Privacy Policy for details.
