Account Guidelines
Last updated October 4, 2026
These guidelines keep TG11 Accounts safe for everyone who signs in with it. They are part of the Terms of Service.
Do
- Use your own account and keep it secure. Use a strong, unique password and turn on two-step verification.
- Use accurate contact details, so we can reach you about your account.
- Report problems and security issues to [email protected].
Don't
- Impersonate other people, organizations or TG11 itself, or use a username or profile to mislead others.
- Create accounts in bulk, use scripts to sign up or sign in automatically, or make accounts to evade a limit or suspension.
- Attack or overload the service: no probing for weaknesses without permission, no credential guessing or stuffing, no interference with other people's sign-ins. Good-faith security reports are welcome: email us first and give us reasonable time to fix the issue.
- Misuse other people's accounts or data, including keys and payment details.
- Put harmful content in your profile (name, bio, website, images): nothing illegal, nothing that harasses or threatens people, and nothing that sexualizes minors. Links to malware or scams are not allowed.
- Use TG11 sign-in to run services that break the law.
How we enforce these
Depending on how serious the problem is, we may remove profile content, limit what an account can do, suspend it, or close it. For minor or first-time problems we will usually warn you first. Serious or ongoing abuse, or anything that puts people or the service at risk, can lead to immediate action. If you think we got it wrong, email [email protected] and we will take another look.
